May Allah reward him for his support, encouragement and guidance. I am also grateful for the contributions of Drs. Both authors wish to acknowledge the valuable contributions of Professor Mike Wright (Director, Centre for Management Buy-out Research: University of Nottingham), and Drs. Dave Coates and Neil Doherty (both lecturers at Loughborough University Business School).
